STUDY EXCURSION

Last Month, me and all SS member goest to Jakarta and jogja due Study Excursion, an event that held by SS- .
we really enjoyed our trip, because we invited many incredible places.

almost all statistician work in consulting department, because it related with our studies.

the first place that impressed me is nielsen . nielsen is a company that focus on consulting department. there are so many firm which asked nielsen to help them to growing their company . such as a television company that asked nielsen to showed their rating.  then, nielsen gives them the result that could be learn by all people even-though it use a graphic or difficult data. yap, the consulting department goal is help people to understand a data easily. possible for all people who didn't study about statistic to understand what is the data meaning or what is the graphic meaning if there is no a statistician who would explain about it to them. how it works ? a client gives nielsen data  from something that they want to know such as for television company "is their television program success? " or manufacture company "is their product liked by people?". and  nielsen will gives them an interpretation from data which they research from public. but before the interpretation come out, they will calculating with statistic method and as the result they got a conclusion, a chart, and so many on for help them to explain to the client.

the second place is Marplus Inc. here about Markplus "We are built to serve and established to build. Since founded in 1990 by Hermawan Kartajaya, we consistently aim to develop companies and individuals in the spheres we master best: consulting, marketing research, education, and media community. In present, we have grown to be a leading professional services firm as becoming the competent advisor of strategy and marketing for many business and institutions in Southeast Asia region" from Markplus website.  thus, now you know that MarkPlus Inc is a company that focus on consulting like Nielsen Company , but the difference is Markplus focus on Marketing research.
I really love this place, why? 1. the lobby of Markplus office is a Mall !!!!! there's Sephora , Mango, Topshop and so on. tht's why i love this place haha ,  2. the office is really cozy. it doesn't looks like an office, but it's  just like a home where you will be feel comfort when you in. it has a unique cafeteria that would make you  fell like "omaigash...i wanna be here all day long" 3. the officers is really kind. at the time me and my friends got an opportunity to saw how they work. so i walked arround the office and the officers was really welcome to us. 4. almost all the officers is young people, they look like not in the office to had work but they just like sit and doing their hobby. they didn't wear uniform or collar like another company. they really enjoy their job with t-shirt or so many fashionable outfit.
ahhhh thts why i like to be on of them. i wish i can be the one of their future employee hahaha

the third place is Bank Indonesia . hmmm i can't describe it well because i'm not interest to be one of them, almost my friend want tho hahaha. i know my skill , i know my capability well, so i won't try very hard and force me to do somethin' that i dislike.

the fourth is net TV. i became a audience in one of TV show on Net TV called INI TALK SHOW. the first time i became an audience liveee in the studio. i meet a lot of actress and actor. zooo amaze me.

the  fifth and the last is amusement park and shopping zone hahahaha

kyaaaa i wanna go back there, maybe later i will come to jakarta again. not to spend my time for holiday but for working on the one of the thousand company :DD amieeen

BALEKAMBANG

yoshhhaaa...... happy fasting day everyoneeeee
how's your second day in the fasting time? are you hunger? thirtsty ?? feelin' like hottie ? ouhh just forget it for a while. there are so many way to forget about hunger or thirsty in the fasting day. first do something that distract you from hunger like watching movies, reading The Holy Al-Quran, study?? (no no kinda getting worst) orrrr you can start your trip and enjoy the nature like i did.

a day before fasting day, me and my friend went to the beach . like always, i never bored to see how beautiful it is. i spend my lil free time to visit the beach in south Malang city called Balekambang beach. i never go there, neither my friend . so, we went to the beach with all courage that i have only with my one and only friend at the time. it takes about 3 hours, like usual . thennn... we start it. yeahhhh we start to take a selfie hahahaha

that was sooooo hot at the time. more over , it has just a few trees. but i really enjoyed , because the beach was sooooo quite . there was not much visitor when i arrived, due i went there earlier haha. alhamdulilah, the beach was not full of rubbish or something like that. i feel freeeeeeeeeeeee haha

ouh... this beach is the one of the beach that have a pura (a place for hindu's to pray). to get there we must pass the bridge. it is somethin' that appeal the visitor. poorly, i couldn't get there due my period. so, i only could take a photo on the bridge.

one else, that interesting me is a abandoned bridge. i dunno, how the bridge looks like when the old time. but now, the bridge is broken. and, some people used it to hunting photo only. fortunately, the beach was low tide so i could walk and cross the way under the pura's bridge.

ohh readers, meet my new hair. hahahaha i almost forget to tell you about that. you know at the last post i told you about i failed when i colored it, so i take it to the beauty shop and wholaaaaa it bleached . is that suit with me? uhh... i need ur comment.

She wants to fix her heart, but one side, she still loves Alex.

nah, there is so much things that we can learn from this book. tho, i don't like the Principe which is said that "if you wanna cure your heart , you should broke someone heart". naayyy i think, to cure, you must become someone new. someone that adding a confidence in her life, some beauty, and when she ready to make a relationship... she will  learn from the mistake . but i agree with a quote from Olivia "you will be beauty if you think you are". people have a manner how to manage them heart from broken-hearted without harming others heart. but some people think that revenge is the best way to fix them heart .

you should read this book.!!!

BATU BENGKUNG

hellauw readers..it's been one month after my last post. sorry, because i'm too lazyyy to write hehe

so, today i want to tell you about my last weekend, which is i spent at the beach with my friends. actually, we never plan it, just a lil chit chat and there we go....

spend your holiday to refresh your body and mind is really important. because your brain need to rest for a while . so, i decided to went to the one of beautiful beach at malang . it's called BATU BENGKUNG . i dunno what bengkung means, something that i only know is there a lot of  huge coral at there. then, something that interested me was a rows of coral which crush the wave. it becomes a shoreline which separated the sea and the beach. and the wave that crushed, spilled the sea water to the inside the place that looks like a pool which made by shoreline. it's cool when you see the sea water came out from the coral gap.

beside the shoreline , dinar asked me to get the cliff . the view at there was really awesome than before. tho, the road is very very very dangereous, because it was full of sharp coral and slippery road . but the scenery... hmmm it can't describe by words. just look at the picture

the beach still has a awesomeness , it's perfect to spend your weekend or just photo hunting. but poorly, the beautiful scenery like that, must be destroyed by some trash like paper and plastic bag :( . just advise for visitor, if y'all bring so many snack just bring the plastic back with you or put into a trash can. don't turn it become a dirty place , it's too perfect to be a place like that. because, some tourism object become dirty and bad after so many people visited and just left a lot of trash. just don't....

Daily Routine 2015

whop.... halloo guys

it's been so loooong time , i don't write. kinda miss writing haha

 sorry it's because i'm busy with my new routine at campus . so, i should adapt with my new situation . study , hangout , work and  yap, i must make all of that balance, and that's not easy thing to do. 

well, talk about study. at 4 semester like this, i have so many papers which make me close with computer laboratory. but it's never mind as long as my smartest guy in the class still be my friend that's  not a big trouble to me HAHAHA (kidding).  for this year i resign from Himpunan because Studio Statistika (Statistic Organization ) open recruitment for the student at second year (one of requirement ) which mean i can apply and become one of them. alhamdulilah, after interview i got a massage that i accepted to be a staff at marketing division YAY! that's reason why i stop from himpunan, because i can't be focus if i go on both. so i decided to release himpunan but i still help them if they needed me. in my first month become a staff, i already got two client (AAAWWW so proud of me).

beside in studio statistika, i helped my junior to do dance exercise due pormaba dance competition. well, that made me look like a professional  dancer hahaha. the dance is contemporary, which is should be so many genre in the movement. so,   i concern to the traditional dance and the other instructor concern to the modern  . i optimized that they can goes to final and be a winner. and because i practice dance with them, there was something that interested me lately. it called zumba dance. it has powerful movement, it's kinda aerobic and one thing sure is that's will burn your calories.

 

 i do  it only 15 minutes a day, and it's work on me

enough for dance, and i gonna tell you the big news. 

I GOT A PART TIME JOB
say HORRAAAAYYYYYYYY
yess, i got my second part time job as a cashier at Ayam Goreng Nelongso. that's was unpredictable due i don't have experiences with cashier, waitress or restaurant before . actually, i didn't apply to be a cashier but i wanna a be a waitress because for me be a cashier is not challenging like a waiters and in my shift the chasier potition have been fill by someone else. but the night after interviewed, the owner of the restourant called me and said that i confirmed be a cashier at his restaurant. wohoooo so happy to heard that.

not stop with that, i did something with my hair. 

 

i cut it off..... yeayyyy looks more fresh than with the long hair. but it don't finish yet, because i'm gonna colouring it with brown or something darken.

LABYRINTH

so...
yesterday i went to the coban rondo waterfall with afanin. but, actually i didn't get the waterfall yet. i just visited the playground. this place is near from malang city. you just take about 40 minutes by motorcycle. 

so many playground before we entering the gate of the waterfall. but the one that made me curious is a grass labyrinth. why? because it just one and only in Malang city. when you wanna go there you must paid Rp.4000,- for each motorcycle and Rp.15.000,-for each person at the first gate. than... for entering each playground you gonna get a charge AGAIN .

Failed Colour

hai everyone..

kecewa campur sedih campur seneng deh kalau seperti ini

jadi, niat awalnya saya mau mewarnai rambut saya menjadi ungu . maksutnya diombre , tapi sebelum diombre rambut yang masih virgin (belum pernah diwarnai) harus di bleaching dulu untuk menghilangkan pigmen rambutnya. sebelumnya teman teman sudah memberi tahukan saya , kalau rambut yang berwarna hitam seperti saya ini susah untuk diwarnai karena warna hitamnya terlalu pekat (bisa dilihat di post saya rub and rinse ). sehingga saya harus extra dalam melakukan bleaching. alhasil.. setengah sachet bleaching saya gunakan untuk menghilangkan warna hitam rambut saya kemudian sisanya saya gunakan untuk step kedua (pengulangan). tapi untuk bleaching yang pertama kali saya belum mendapatkan warna rambut yang berbeda, masih hitam seperti sebelumnya. sehingga saya melakukan pengulangan dan yang didapatkan adalah warna coklat bukan warna putih atau kuning seperti hasil bleaching yang saya lihat di youtube.

hmmm... saya mulai lelah. meskipun belum didapatkan warna yg sesuai saya mencoba untuk mewarnai rambut saya dengan cat rambut berwarna ungu milik l'oreal.

 setelah 45 menit menunggu rambut saya  MASIH TIDAK ADA PERUBAHAN

ini rambut saya setelah dibleaching dan diberi warna ungu

ohhh..... mengecewakan sekaliiiiii
padahal saya sudah mengikuti aturan dalam pemakaian cat rambut seperti yg tertera dalam brochure.
oke, meskipun saya gagal dalam mewarnai rambut saya akan menjelaskan tata cara penggunaak bleaching dan semir rambut DIY.

BLEACHING :
1. cuci rambut menggunakan shampo tanpa conditioner,
2.  campur bleaching dengan antonksidan dalam satu wadah dan aduk rata
3. bagi rambut anda menjadi beberapa layer
4. aplikasikan pasta bleaching pada rambut anda (per layer) dengan menggunakan sisir khusus, dan jangan lupa untuk menggunakan gloves karena bleaching akan membuat kulit anda menjadi rusak.
5.  tunggu hingga kering kurang lebih 30 menit atau keringkan menggunakan hairdryer.
6. bilas rambut anda menggunakan shampo

PEWARNAAN :
1. bilas rambut anda setelah melakukan bleaching dan keringkan hingga setengah kering
2. campur antioksidan dengan cat rambut yang anda gunakan, aduk rata
3. aplikasukan cat rambut pada rambut anda (per layer) dengan menggunakan sisir khusus dan jangan lupa menggunakan gloves karena warna dari cat rambut tidak mudah hilang bila mengenai kulit.
4. tunggu sekitar 30 - 45 menit lalu bilas.
5. jika warna dirasa kurang terang bisa dilakukan pengulangan sesuai keinginan anda.

dalam beberapa kasus, seperti yang saya lihat tutorial di youtube. rambut yang masih virgin atau belum pernah diwarnai sama sekali akan kesulitan dalat melakukan pewarnaan untuk pertama kalinya. hal itu bisa diatasi dengan menggunakan bleaching yang memiliki kadar kalium yang lebih tinggi bisa yang 10% atau 12 % .
tapi, lebih baik jika kita membawa rambut kita ke salon untuk diwarnai karena penangan di salon dilakukan oleh orang orang yang sudah profesional. sehingga rambut kita tidak akan rusak. karena kebanyakan orang orang yang melakukannya sendiri di rumah mengalami kerusakan rambut (rambut bercabang) dll, karena digunakan sebagai bahan percobaan. sangat disayangkan jika rambut kita as a crown for women harus rusak hanya karena cat rambut.
